unique identifier with the US Securities & Exchange Commission of 305726) and, in some
cases, the names and photos of Wave personnel, are being used in a fraudulent manner on
websites of numerous purported investment advisers (the “Fake Websites”).

These Fake Websites are likely operated by scam artists attempting to steal money from
you or harm you in some other way.

Wave is the only entity associated with CRD# 305726. WaveGP.com is Wave’s only website.

Any person or company other than Wave using CRD# 305726 or any content on
WaveGP.com is not permitted to do so, and is doing so fraudulently.

In order to protect yourself, you are encouraged to exercise extreme caution when
dealing with, or avoid interacting with entirely, any Fake Websites in order to avoid
financial loss or identity theft.

If you come across a website using CRD# 305726, we encourage you to please contact your
local state securities regulatory agency to report the website. You can find contact information
