Les Borsai is a Los Angeles-based serial technology entrepreneur, former music promoter and manager, and advisor in the crypto, and music-technology industries. Sitting at the cross-section of entertainment and economics his entire career, Borsai recognized that crypto was the next big cultural and financial revolution, taking on an advisor role to Ripple Labs in 2013, and becoming one of the earliest investors in Ethereum, XRP, Tezos, and NFTs. He previously managed artists such as Wynonna Judd and Jason Mraz and in 2018, became a Co-Founder at Wave Digital Assets, a SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides a unique combination of venture capital, fund, and private wealth management to the digital asset ecosystem. Borsai sits on the board at RFLXT, a Web3 organization striving to shape the future of the talent & entertainment industry. Borsai is an author at Spin Magazine, and has been featured in a variety of top-tier global publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, Forbes, CNBC, TechCrunch, CNN, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Benjamin Tsai is the Co-Founder & President at Wave Digital Assets, a SEC-registered investment advisory firm that provides a unique combination of venture capital, fund, and private wealth management to the digital asset ecosystem. Ben oversees product development and trading for the firm. A trilingual crypto-native and veteran in traditional finance, Ben holds over 15 years of senior leadership experience at Merrill Lynch Singapore Commodities where he served as CEO, and Alliance Bernstein where he led business strategy and managed profitable distribution teams across Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, and Taipei. Ben invests and mentors early-stage startups in Southern California, holds numerous security licenses, and received a B.S. in Engineering from UC Berkeley as well as an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is currently teaching crypto finance.

Jennifer Wilde Anderson is the co-founder and COO of Wave Digital Assets, an SEC registered asset manager which has deployed over $1B since its inception in 2018. Ms. Anderson brings over a decade of asset management operating experience to Wave.  She currently leads all aspects of Wave’s operations, including compliance, legal & regulatory, finance, and HR.  Ms. Anderson is a graduate of Yale and the University of Chicago School of Law and is a member of the California Bar.

Richard Shi is the Chief Financial Officer of Wave Digital Assets. Richard has over 20 years of dedicated experience in the private equity industry and is a self-taught programmer with expertise in C#, VBA, and SQL. Prior to joining Wave, Richard served as CFO for Distributed Global and Communitas Capital Partners. At Tiger Global Management LLC, Richard oversaw accounting and finance for the firm’s entire private equity business. Additionally, he has worked at Citi Private Equity Services and IQEQ, where he led fund administration teams, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was an auditor. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds an MBA from Fordham University.

Nicole Trudeau is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of technology, finance, and law. She has a distinguished career in the financial services and securities regulatory sectors, with significant expertise in financial services, FinTech, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.

Prior to joining Wave Digital Assets as its first General Counsel, Nicole most recently served as the General Counsel for Robinhood Crypto, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robinhood Markets, where she played a pivotal role in guiding the company’s legal and regulatory strategies in a challenging global crypto regulatory environment. Her leadership was instrumental in launching Robinhood Crypto’s trading platform in Europe and obtaining key digital asset licenses across the European Union.

Previously, she held the position of General Counsel at a global cryptocurrency exchange, where she provided strategic legal guidance on digital asset offerings and navigated complex regulatory frameworks. Her career also includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at Saturna Capital, overseeing the Legal and Compliance Departments for a registered investment adviser with more than $9 billion in assets under management, and holding significant roles at law firms like Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and K&L Gates.

Nicole holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in asset management and has held leadership positions in several legal and industry associations. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including securities law, corporate governance, ESG investing, and significant experience with international financial regulations.

Kelly Chapman is the Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Wave Digital Assets. Ms. Chapman has over 12 years of experience in the asset management industry, including over 10 years as an attorney focusing on asset management, fintech/blockchain, and securities regulation matters both at major law firms (Fried Frank and Wilson Sonsini), and in-house at a blockchain startup. Ms. Chapman is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and Georgetown University Law Center, and she is admitted to practice law in California and New York, and the District of Columbia.
